I automate your admin
I am Bram van den Elst. I build websites, custom software and AI workflows that solve real problems: less routine work, more overview.
Not an agency, but a .
- AI [ay-eye]
- Artificial intelligence: software that understands language, spots patterns and takes over routine work. A tool, not a goal.
- Werkplaats [verk-plahts]
- Dutch for workshop: a place where things are made or repaired with craftsmanship. No showroom, but tools on the wall and work on the bench.
- Texel [tes-sel]
- The largest Wadden island. Where you get by with few people, so you stay down to earth, self-reliant and careful with your time.
Where AI is not hype, but a tool.

Admin every evening? Quotes left waiting? Systems that do not talk to each other? This is what I build for business owners:
- 01
Quotes and invoices that roll out by themselves
A request comes in and the rest follows on its own: confirmation, invoice, calendar.
- 02
One system for your customers, planning and invoices
Software built around your process, instead of the other way round.
- 03
A fast website that brings in customers
Clear, fast on mobile and low-maintenance. Built to last for years.
- 04
Getting found in Google and in ChatGPT
Better findability in search engines and in AI answers.
- 05
A quick chat about what AI can do for your business
Sober thinking along, without hype. You win time and cut costs.
Approach
- 01RequestYou call or email and tell me what you are running into.
- 02Intro callTogether we look at where the most time or frustration sits. No obligation.
- 03ProposalA clear plan with a price, and a working trial version first. Only then do we build on.
- 04DeliveryI finish the build and stay involved: maintenance, updates and new wishes.
What it costs
You only pay for the time the work really takes: working out what you need, building it carefully and testing it well. An honest estimate up front, no surprises afterwards.
€80per hour
Many solutions are ready on the shelf. You take those as a monthly subscription, hosting and maintenance included.
About me
I am Bram van den Elst, builder and automation specialist on Texel, the Netherlands.
For over fifteen years I have built software for business owners as an independent developer: quoting and planning systems, administration, fitted precisely to the business.
Since the arrival of AI that work goes faster and can go broader: websites, integrations and smart workflows, affordable for any business. Everything you see on this site was built that way.
You always work directly with me: the person who thinks it up, builds it and maintains it.
Shall we talk?
Tell me briefly what you are running into. I will think along, no strings attached.
